The Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 set up the Care Commission, which registers and inspects all the services regulated under the act, taking account of the national care standards issues by Scottish Ministers.

Each of the Randolph Hill Group Nursing Homes has inspection reports posted on the Care Commission website.
